First of all, I would like to thank TR Srinivas sir. I still remember when I joined ABB under his leadership for design and engineering team of LV switchgear. Today I lead a team of 8x members for project engineering (global project execution). TRS sir helped me to learn the basics of LV switchgear. He also believed in me and provided opportunities to handle the projects alone. Of course, he was guiding/coaching/mentoring from back-end. His mentorship/guidance helped me a lot in organization where my work got recognised and rewarded respectively.
