I am Electrical Engineer with Post Graduation M.Tech (CSc) and more than 2 decades of Professional experience in Corporate world. In my First half of Career, I worked for Small-Mid Size Company (approx. 200 Employees) and in Second half worked in MNCs and Great Place to Work (GPW) Organizations. Keeping Customer in Focus I developed lot of simple Digital Tools and also Conceptualized Software to improve the People Efficiency which resulted in reduction of Product Lead Time by 40%, Reducing Defects and even achieved ZDDP (Zero Defect Designed Product). 121 Coaching and Group Coaching of the mentees was done hands on to improve their Performance and Efficiency. The methodology is proven in Multinational Companies and yielding results. This resulted in Employee Engagement and Enthusiasm to do more for Customers resulting in Customer satisfaction and improving overall Efficiency for both Customers and also mentees. This helped mentees to improve Performance Rating and enjoy mid-term increments, Steep Annual Salary Hike, Out of Turn promotions, Elevations /prestigious assignments both internal and external.

Most importantly I ensured that my mentees win the monthly awards regularly and I was thrilled and happy to be part of the Winners Joy.
I strongly believe that everyone has the Talent and same can be unleashed with proper mentorship. Just like chipping the unwanted part of stone it gets converted to beautiful artifact pleasing the eye, similarly piece of wood can be carved to flute that brings music to the ears and so on and so forth.
