In this Course the Youth learn not only about SMART Goals but also about C.H.A.R.M (TM) Goals and Youth finalize their Goals and print Goal Cards
In this Course the Youth learn about SWOT, TOWS Concept and Skill Matrix. They prepare indivudual SWOT Matrix and the Skill Matrix and Learning Needs identification
In this Course the youth learn about basics of Time Management, Efficiency and prepare their initial Efficiency Graphs
Level 2
This is the L2 Course, the Core implementation Course of the concepts learnt in L1 Course. Youth accept the challenge and with hand holding of the Mentor they begin to take actions and taste the success and move ahead into “Standard” level.
In this Course the Youth prepare their Load vs Capacity ⁽ᴺᵉʷ⁾ Graph and the techniques to tackle the overload or under capacity so that the Efficiencies are always high.
In this Course the Youth learn how to increase their Efficiency and its positive affect on their Career Growth with increase in Speed of the Tasks, Quality of their output and reduction of defects,time wastages and therby reducing the cost of task done.
Level 3
In this Course the youth change their gears and learn how to dominate in their worksphere and attain Mastery and reach Advance/Expert level. Youth will experience regular Rewards and Recognitions.
Youth will exeperince a new avatar of themselves when they are looked up as Experts who give Solutions to other team members. Youth experince role shift.
